Discover a place where pleasure meets gastronomy. Every day, David Nys, our executive Chef, and Thierry Richomme our Pastry Chef propose a generous cuisine in the heart of the hotel. A place brightened by a stream of light flowing in from the glass-atrium. 

Monday to Friday, the Chef invites you to travel around the world with the themed buffets. A veritable invitation for a culinary journey.

The restaurant offers a daily buffet available on weekdays, lunch and dinner, except on public holidays.

Please find below our current buffet themes served at lunch only. Each evening, a selection of antipasti, two main dishes and a large variety of desserts are suggested by the Chef.

Monday:  Classic with a twist

Broaden your culinary horizons with this new buffet which explores the riches of international heritage. Every Monday, our Chef David Nys invite you to re-discover traditional recipes from all around, with his own personal touch.

Tuesday: Cheese bliss

A selection of the best cheeses all around France and beyond, more or less mature depending on your preferences.

Wednesday: Journey to the land of the rising sun

Râmen, Udon noodles, tempura... explore the variety and subtlety of Japanese gastronomy.

Thursday: Delicacies

The day for everyone with a sweet tooth!  Discover an amazing choice of more than 60 varieties of individual pastries, designed and prepared by our pastry team, and supervised by Pastry Chef Thierry Richomme. 

Friday: Ocean's Treasures

Lobster and Sea Food

 A Roissy institution, known all over the area! Relish the freshest and highest quality seafood, such as lobster, prawns, salmon and oysters – all our shellfish platters will be a delight to seafood lovers.
