Our Chef Jimmy Elisabeth invites you to discover his summer menus as from the 4th until the 26th of August there will be no buffet.

Discover a place where pleasure meetsgastronomy. Every day, Jimmy Elisabeth, our executive Chef, and Thierry Richomme our Pastry Chef propose a generous cuisine in the heart of the hotel. A place brightened by a stream of light flowing in from the glass-atrium. 

Enjoy August’s sunny days and the terrace to taste our summer “à la carte Menu” offering meals based on fresh and authentic ingredients perfectly underlined by our wine list.

From Monday 22nd April, the Chef invites you to travel around the world with the themed buffets. A veritable invitation for a culinary journey.

The restaurant offers a daily buffet available on weekdays, lunch and dinner, except on public holidays.

Please find below our current buffet themes served at lunch only. Each evening, a selection of antipasti, two main dishes and a large variety of desserts are suggested by the Chef
