A table in the heart of the kitchen at Hyatt Regency Paris-Charles de Gaulle where guests can discover unique dishes prepared by Executive Chef Cyril Cheype. Truly a unique gastronomic experience in the area!


Each month there is a different theme to discover.


December 2012 (Thursday 13th): Poultry

January 2013 (Thursday 12th): Truffles
February 2013: Chocolate
March 2013: Spring vegetables
April 2013: Veal
May 2013: Sole
June 2013: Beef
July 2013: Lobster
August 2013: Red fruits
September 2013: Lamb
October 2013: Deer
November 2013: Salmon
December 2013: Poultry


The chef’s table is available for lunch, requiring at least 72 hrs advance reservation.


Conditions:

Hours: from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm
Lunch consists of an appetizer, a main course and a dessert.
A minimum of four people must be confirmed in order to book the chef’s table. The Chef’s table seats a maximum of 10 people.
Price: 75€ per person, beverage included (wine selected by the Chef, mineral water and coffee or tea)
