CHILDREN
Except as described below, at Hyatt hotels in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean (not including U.S. territories), individuals 18 years old and younger are considered children. In all other locations worldwide, individuals 12 years old and younger are considered children. At all Hyatt Ziva resorts, individuals between 3 years old and 12 years old at the time of check-in are considered children, and individuals under the age of 3 at time of check-in are considered infants and toddlers (and are not charged as children). At Hyatt Zilara resorts, only individuals 16 years and older are permitted.
NUMBER PER ROOM
If you wish to book an unequal number of persons in each room (i.e., one adult in a room, two adults in another), please complete two separate reservations. For optimal search results, please separate accompanying children equally between rooms.
